During your first visit, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will guide you through our services and help you select the best treatments for your needs. Once your treatment begins, our skilled practitioners will ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to check in, fill out any necessary forms, and begin to unwind in our serene environment before your treatment begins.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
